We are upgrading Jackson dependency to 12.6 due to vulnerability in current version
Added a file to .gitignore that is generated for dev environment
Deleted that file from repo
Base line compare version for API Diff gradle task is moved to 3.18.2 as mentioned in PR #513

Testing
Since this is dependency upgrade, we checked it using our exisitng unit tests
