Stunnel5 renamed to stunnel in newer Python distributions causing EFS CSI driver failure

The EFS CSI driver relies on the stunnel5 binary, which is installed in the current Docker image. However, in recent Python distributions, stunnel5 has been renamed to stunnel. This change is causing our application to fail if customer upgrades to newer driver version. We request that stunnel5 be included so that we can upgrade python distributions.
