S/MIME type and name are lost in the parsing process #7

Description

@bbottema

According to S/MIME 3.2, the smime header can contain two extra parameters that help determine if a MimePart has been signed and/or encrypted. This information is not parsed properly however and the S/MIME Type is lost.

Example: application/pkcs7-mime;smime-type=signed-data;name=smime.p7m
