I'd like to request the addition of a service account to our CNCF Arch Linux Equinix account. We'd like to use [email protected] for this. Previous issues: #158 and #102.

The Arch Linux account is up and running, so that part of this request is complete.

Two of the systems in use - runner2.archlinux.org and repro1.pkgbuild.com - are located in an Equinix data center, AMS1, that is scheduled to be shut down. @svenstaro can you work with me to migrate to a new data center? We have facilities available cross town in our AM metro.

We'll take a look, thanks for bringing that up.

@vielmetti I just checked and we haven't received any mails to [email protected] nor is the account linked to any organizations in Equinix. Could you double-check, that the account is invited to the CNCF project?

Invited [email protected] to the Arch Linux project, let me know if you need anything else!

We have been using sponsored Equinix Metal boxes for years (sponsorship
managed by CNCF[1]). This adds a service account[2], so we don't need to
rely on individual access.

Is this documented anywhere? I couldn't find any information on Equinix website. Do you know when the DC will be shut down?

These have now been recreated in other DCs. I think we can finally close this issue.
