Description

[ What changed? Feel free to be brief. ]

The MCP docs need a bit of love. I've added headings and a new flow for the user to navigate through examples in a little more detail. This section could use more examples, but I'd like to ship this improvement in preparation for my MCP course additions. huggingface/mcp-course#81

Aside for reviews on the clarity, please do mention if there are any nice to haves I can address in a future PR.
