Closing because implementation of PR was changed to fix the order of actionability ensureVisibility checks rather than affecting scrollBehavior. This bug fix does not need an update in the docs. |

Added a note in the Actionability docs explaining how Cypress will automatically try differentscrollBehavioroptions if the current configuration option does not result in the element being visible (this fixes the problem with the sticky elements in a fixed container preventing elements from being scrolled to).
