Description
Different firefly species have different patterns of blinking.
https://www.nps.gov/grsm/learn/nature/firefly-flash-patterns.htm
The FlickeringFirefly is an attempt to copy the pattern of Phausis reticulata.
The BlinkingFirefly is simplistic, and doesn't accurately pattern any firefly. An addition of a blink duration could mean that it could copy the pattern of Photinus brimleyi, if the blinking interval is set to 10,000 and the blink duration was set between 500 & 1,000.
Next, up will be building out patterns for Photinus macdermotti and Photinus carolinus.
