Adds http_gateway benchmark to measure the ic-agent + ic-http-gateway + others performance
Lowers the default number of HTTP clients to 4 since we raised the HTTP2 streams on API BNs
Disable OCSP by default
Make Clickhouse logging optional (hidden under a feature) since we don't use it currently (only Vector)
Run release build on DFINITY runners to speed it up (hope it works)
