Existing instances of done() must be replaced with the new rejection handling system

• A massive part of the library currently relies on $promise->done(). This will be the largest part of the promises v3 changes and will break a lot of userland implementations.
• Most of our documentation in-line and at /‎docs/src/pages/api/ will need to be rewritten.
