This fails with:

error NU1102: Unable to find package Microsoft.NETCore.App.Ref with version (= 8.0.17)

Which makes me want to run:

 darc update-dependencies --id [BAR_ID] --name Microsoft.NET.Workload.Mono.ToolChain.Current.Manifest-8.0.100

But I don't see a successful 8.0.17 build here:
