Summary
To enable the ESLint rule
react-hooks/exhaustive-deps, we need to bump theeslint-plugin-react-hooksversion in this library to 4.1.1+ (facebook/react#19751), so setting to 4.2.0Test plan
Should have no effect outside of local dev lint
Versioning impact
This may be best suited for a patch version, if any
