Add a dedicated page for Samsung Galaxy Watches. Those devices were previously listed under the Samsung Mobile page. They were removed from there because: - it makes things simpler for both users and maintainers, - smartphone and smartwatches are different devices, - Samsung smartphone run Android OS but Samsung smartwatches run Android Wear OS. Latest devices (Watch6, Watch7, Watch FE, Watch Ultra) were also added to the list. There is also a rename from samsungmobile.md to samsung-mobile.md. It won't change the page/API URL as the permalink was not updated.
