What this PR does / why we need it:

upgrade dashboard to v2.0..0

Feature (same with [2.0.0-beta])

  • replace nusi with antd, remove nusi totally. nusi style is not applied at all, so repalce Title with div directly.
  • replace superagent with native fetch, move to dev dependency for tools still use it.
  • update & remove useless packages
  • run audit fix
  • update readme

Fix

  • check required fields before submit
