release improvement

• Group the changes by breaking/feat/bugfix/...

what do you think conventional commits? I think it's time to go that way, release-it has a plugin to do it: https://github.com/release-it/release-it/blob/master/docs/changelog.md#conventional-changelog. all the issues can be fixed by the plugin. :)
