@Souptacular probably it makes sense using this link for EIP 140: ethereum/EIPs#206. Maybe we could even include ethereum/EIPs#207 in the discussion, but it is less important.

please for the love of god tell me that any EIP changes (STATIC_CALL, zk-SNARKS precompile, etc.) are getting merged into the yellow paper before anyone pushes anything into a repo. Don't want another Spurious Dragon incident happening.

@VoR0220 I think @pirapira has been editing the yellow people recently. We should see if he plans to incorporate the future changes or if someone else can. Maybe @gavofyork?

@VoR0220 the Yellow Paper is still before Spurious Dragon (there are some pending PRs about it). This needs attention. I'll create issues in the yellow paper repo about the Metropolis EIPs.

@Souptacular in the agenda, the link at "EIP 96" jumps to EIP 98.

Both had to be discussed and make candidates for the metropolis release.
