If we use a system without desktop, and run the script in examples, it will raise an exception: "NoSuchConfigException"
(In file f1tenth_gym/gym/f110_gym/envs/rendering.py, conf = Config(sample_buffers........)
and this PR will fix this, just use a default config so we can use the virtual screen by setting DISPLAY=:0
