Implemented code changes as part of Feature Request Feature Request : Make Customer Field Optional in Contact Creation on HelpDesk Frontend #2239.

Added a new “Customer” field in the Contact Dialog, allowing users to update the associated customer even after the contact has been created.

Invite contacts as users from the Contact modal (This is temporary and will be removed when "Invitation Flow" will be introduced.
