[Bug] ./tests/run-tests.sh doesn't exist. Test binaries are not being build nor cleaned #2243

Expected Behavior

Make target for tests should build test binarie

Current Behavior

Target fails, since the run-tests.sh doesn't exist

Environment and Context

Irrelevant, the bug is a missing file.
