Update documentation to always refer to Project ID for "Project" arguments

Description

Documentation does not consistently suggest using the Project ID for Project arguments on multiple resources & data sources.

For example:
Good: https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/google/r/storage_bucket.html
"project - (Optional) The ID of the project in which the resource belongs. If it is not provided, the provider project is used."
Bad: https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/google/d/google_container_cluster.html
"project - (Optional) The project in which the resource belongs. If it is not provided, the provider project is used."

Request: Can the documentation please be updated to use ID for Project consistently across all pages?

tl;dr: If the API accepts either, we won't explicitly document one

In most cases you can use either project ID or number, and this is pretty consistent across GCP docs as well when using project. Only a few resources require id or number, and since it depends on the underlying GCP resource, this seems like something we probably won't put too much effort into fixing unless given specific resources that require only one format.
