when runing proxy with ws lib 3.x it crashes because v3 removed upgradeReq field. see websockets/ws#1114

Hi, I merged this PR [1] that fixes this issue. Since this is not a library, I prefer not to accept multiple versions of ws. I'm accepting a PR that migrates to ws 3.x though :) |
