First let me say that is library is awesome. I have asked Kwikset may times to make an API for the kevo so that i could integrate it into my home automation program. This made it very simple to do. I plan on helping you out with some of the todo's when i get a chance.

Now the issue. i noticed an error in my root mail related to a lock status check i do on a regular basis. This has only shown to happen once, so it may be a fluke.

I had the same issue. It looks like the signing page no longer gives you the lockids.

Any idea how to get your code fixed with the new mykevo site ?

Thank you. May be the sign-in page is different if you have more than one lock. I only have one lock.

The lock id is in the return page but it is not findable with the re statement:

I caught the webpage that loads when the exception occurs. It does not contain any divs with data-lock-id. The lock id is embedded in the page and in links.

I know both poages contain <a class="details-btn" href="https://www.mykevo.com/user/locks/XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX" perhaps we can pull the lock id from this line istead.

It still works great for me. I use it to check my lock status every five minutes. In a week's time I probably have around 50 errors that are explained above. So only about 2% of the time does it fail.

Hey guys,

Just a quick update. I have been waiting for a couple of weeks for my Kevo to be replaced. It failed a firmware upgrade and the replacement has yet to arrive. Once it does I will dive back into this code and review how I identify locks more reliably. Sorry for the delay.

On another note:
One thing I didnt consider is people who have multiple locks. I can add code to allow lock ids to be passed into the script in order to explicitly address a specific lock. Let me know what you think.

hey, i appreciate the status update. Right now i only have the one kevo. use for multiple locks would be nice as i may add more in the future, however the error is the only issue i have right now.
