How to use this repo

1. Select "Use this template" and set up a new repo under your personal GitHub account. Make it private.
2. Create a new issue in your new repo using the "Set and track a goal" template
3. Work with your manager to identify a relevant goal and fill in the details
4. Repeat as desired until you've established 2-3 well-defined goals
5. Add the goals to a new Project board to track progress
6. Every week, leave a short comment on each goal describing any progress, challenges, blockers, or accomplishments
7. Celebrate your growth 🎉
