FYI that long docker run command was a recent stopgap to keep builds working on 20.04 for a little longer: #8126. We might decide to do something a little more sophisticated, or simply revert #8126, now that builds on 24.04 are okay. On the other hand, it's nice to not have our build OS depend on the GHA runner. 🤷🏻
