Need to add "@magentoAppArea adminhtml" to all tests which are used with InventoryApi product fixtures

After $registry->register('isSecureArea', true) was remove from Magento/InventoryApi/Test/_files/products_rollback.php, all tests which try to rollback products will provide an exception.

We can not do it because these tests must check functionality in global area
