sandbox: add support for optional case for new payments

A case attribute can be passed to new payment to better test a specific case while working with the sandbox API. This feature is missing from the library.

• New case field
• New -case CLI option to specify a particular transaction case, one of success (default), common, failed and partially_paid. Applies to sandbox environment only.
