Motivation and Context
In order to make strong-named assemblies we need to remove
InternalsVisibleTo
dependencies for these assemblies. This PR contains changes to removeInternalsVisibleTo
dependency inSemanticKernel.Abstractions
forSemanticKernel.Core
.Description
SemanticKernel.Utilities
which contains common utility classes that can be shared between different projects in solution.internal
topublic
where it's possible to access classes/members fromSemanticKernel.Abstractions
inSemanticKernel.Core
