Bracket pair colorization: allow colorize parentheses, brackets and braces independently

Hi, thanks to implement this as built-in but there is a missing feature that was present at very old Rainbow Bracket extension, that old extension colorizes independently brackets, parentheses and braces with different schemes per type, here is an example:

• Rainbow Brackets
  

• Built-in bracket pair colorization

it's related but you can't change color scheme per bracket type, notice i have independentColorPoolPerBracketType enabled

Is this along the same lines of the bracket pairs not being able to be customized with the themes when changing the built in themes? Or Should I open a new ticket? It's a little jarring using Monokai dark theme and then having bright pinks blues and yellows in the middle of my code.

To clarify after playing around with the settings a bit, with "editor.bracketPairColorization.enabled": true, we get the Easter colored brackets. This overrides whatever theme is currently set on VSCode, and turning it to false reverts them back to white brackets, rather than staying consistent with some of the themed brackets from before. This did not appear to be so until the April update enabling it by default.

before #159995 I thought this is because independentColorPoolPerBracketType is not working properly
