Github Copilot Chat Interface Cannot Page Up/Down

Issue: In the GitHub Copilot chat interface in VSCode, it's not possible to use the Page Up/Down keys to browse through the text; you can only scroll with the mouse. This is very unfriendly for users who do not like to scroll.

Suggestion: Add a paging function to the chat dialog, similar to the standard page-up/page-down feature on normal web pages, so that users can use the Page Up/Down keys to browse the interface.
