Description

This pull request includes a significant update to the gallery/index.yaml file, adding a new model to the gallery. The most important changes are:

Addition of a New Model:

• Added a new model entry for "Art v0 3B" to the gallery. This model is fine-tuned from Qwen/Qwen2.5-3B-Instruct using a specialized dataset generated with Gemini 2.0 Flash Thinking.
• Included metadata such as the model's name, icon URL, description, and a list of URLs where the model can be accessed.
• Provided file details for the new model, including the filename, SHA256 checksum, and URI for downloading the model.
