Description

This pull request adds a new entry for the Qwen3-32B model to the gallery/index.yaml file. The addition provides detailed information about the model's features, capabilities, and specifications.

• Introduced a new model entry named qwen3-32b with links to its resources on Hugging Face.
• Included a comprehensive description of the model's features, such as its ability to switch between thinking and non-thinking modes, enhanced reasoning capabilities, multilingual support, and agent integration.
• Specified technical details like the number of parameters (32.8B), layers (64), attention heads, and context length (up to 131,072 tokens with YaRN).
• Added file information for the model, including filename, SHA256 hash, and URI for downloading.
