Description

This pull request adds a new entry to the gallery/index.yaml file for the Qwen2.5-VL-7B-Instruct model, detailing its features, enhancements, and file references. Addition of Qwen2.5-VL-7B-Instruct Model:

• Model Description: Added a detailed description of the Qwen2.5-VL-7B-Instruct model, highlighting its vision-language capabilities, such as visual understanding, agentic behavior, long video comprehension, visual localization, and structured output generation.
• Architecture Updates: Documented improvements to the model's architecture, including dynamic resolution and frame rate training for video understanding, and optimization of the vision encoder with ViT enhancements like window attention, SwiGLU, and RMSNorm.
