Direct edit review: Fixing test.pypi.org upload

I was debugging the failing uploads to PyPI, which can really only be done from main (without additional pain I didn't want to go through). Here is the diff for your review: 18e9de5...main

Not sure if I follow here; you fixed this somehow across your commits in PR #80 ?? PyPI is showing packages starting yesterday. Not sure what caused them to stop after Jan 22, even if there were some PRs merged after that date.

I committed them directly to main, which is why I opened this. I shouldn't have used main in the above comparison, since that can change...

The thing that needed fixing was moving a direct URL dependency out of the pyproject.toml, since PyPI rejects those.

OK, now I see. The URL was added to the types section when merging commit f20fe5f in PR #28 on Jan 22, and thus the failures when uploading to Test PyPI.
