This PR updates the permissions using the script with fixes from #246

For some reason the GET / endpoint is not listed anymore and is making the tests fail

sorry I should have checked, I haven't seen that you already started working on this. I started my own PR here:

I ran into the same problem. It seems to no longer exist. I also found out that the metadata section is all wrong. I think we can close this one in favor of #262?
