Accelerators

  • Primary NYC Founders Fellowship: Open Source - The NYC Founders Fellowship is designed to coach you on all of these skills to become an exceptional founder, making room for lots of analysis, experimentation, and peer support. If this is of interest to you, you have come to the right place. This program is completely tailored to match the interests of aspiring founders.

Internships

  • Google Summer of Code - A global, online program focused on bringing new contributors into open source software development. SoC Contributors work with an open source organization on a 12+ week programming project under the guidance of mentors.
  • Hyperlegder Mentorship Program - Aimed at providing a structured and guided learning opportunity for new developers, including college and university students, interested in becoming open source contributors to the Hyperledger community.
  • MLH Open Source Fellowship - A fully remote, 12-week internship where participants earn a stipend and learn to collaborate on real open source projects with peers and engineers from top companies.
  • Octernships - The GitHub Octernships program connects students with industry partners in paid professional experiences and mentorship on open source and software development projects.
  • Open Mainframe Project Mentorship Program - Learn valuable mainframe skills to launch your career while helping improve the state of Linux and Open Source on Mainframe development community.
