Confirmation Dialog for Deleting Section/ Subsection

Spec

1. If used in a Section, deletion for subsection should indicate that the subsection will be removed from the section.
2. If used in multiple Sections, deletion for subsection should say "By deleting this subsection, you will also be deleting it from n Sections in this library." where n is the number of sections the subsection is used inside
3. If used in a course, blocks should indicate how many times it has been used in total. "This subsection is used n times in courses, and will stop receiving updates there." where 'n' is number of uses in a course. ex: if a subsection is used two times in one course, and then one time in a second course, it should say "This subsection is used 3 times.."

Hi @ChrisChV I love that I can finally clean my library :).

Currently, if I delete a parent block leaving a container with no parent block, the deletion message still references the deleted parent block. ie subsection A contains unit 1. If I delete Subsection A, the error dialog for unit 1 still says "by deleting this Unit you will also be deleting it from Subsection A"

I will use this ticket to track the final dialogs once reuse is available so that I can test the deletion of containers used in courses as well. If you'd prefer to close this once the above is addressed, I can do so as well! Whatever works best let me know how to proceed. thanks!
