test: replacing snapshot tests with rtl tests part 13

Description

This pr is replacing shallow and snapshot tests with rtl tools in order to deprecate @edx/react-unit-test-utils package.
Closes #2123

UT modified on this pr:

• src/editors/sharedComponents/ImageUploadModal/ImageSettingsModal/index.test.jsx
• src/editors/sharedComponents/CodeEditor/index.test.jsx
• src/editors/sharedComponents/ErrorBoundary/ErrorPage.test.jsx
• src/editors/containers/VideoEditor/components/VideoSettingsModal/components/HandoutWidget/index.test.jsx
• src/editors/sharedComponents/ExpandableTextArea/index.test.jsx

The snapshots related to these tests were removed.
The tests were turned into typescript tests files.
