  • JDK-8351698: JFR: Strengthen assertion on missing IDs (Enhancement - P3)(⚠️ The fixVersion in this issue is [26] but the fixVersion in .jcheck/conf is 25, a new backport will be created when this pr is integrated.)

All broken IDs must be fixed before the assertions can be checked in. The current plan is to do that after JDK 25.
