Reaching out to mentors of Project 20. Demonstrating integration of open-webui with OpenVINO Model Server

Hi, I am Huanli Gong, a CS master student at Duke University. I am looking forward to contribute to OpenVINO and get hands-on experience. Here is my homepage. I am very experienced in Python and LLMs, and have participated in an open source program similar to GSoC, so I am confident that I can make a good contribution. PRs for my prerequisite task: #21141, #29827,#1784, #1804, #23822. The project I'm most interested in is Project 20. Demonstrating integration of open-webui with OpenVINO Model Server. I want to reach out to mentors and discuss more details about it. Apart from this, I'm also interested in Project 15. OpenVINO GenAI provider for LangChain and Project 3. Desktop Chat-Bot Application. I'd like to know if I submit more than one proposals to OpenVINO, would you consider them in the order of preference indicated?

According to GSoC rules you can apply up to 3 different projects

All of them will be reviewed and evaluated separately by corresponding mentors. You will be considered for the project for which we evaluate you the highest.

I want to confirm my understanding about Project 20 is correct. I noticed that the expected outcomes are instructions for deployment and a usability/gap analysis report. Could you clarify if I'm expected to modify the codebase of Open-WebUI or OpenVINO Model Server, or is it just about successfully setting up and documenting the integration workflow?

The base idea is to get through the processes. It's possible that some changes to the serving core logic will be needed and if they are minor I think it could be included in the scope. Any bigger challenges, that would require significant effort and multiple modifications in OVMS core would only be documented. I think we could be flexible here, so that the effort does not exceed project size.

Apart from this, I'm also interested in Project 15. OpenVINO GenAI provider for LangChain.i want to know about can i start working on some issues can u please assign me according to my project so that i can familiar with the codebase.
