• Database schemas, stores and loads
• Migrations
• Tests via the representative example

Depends on:

• [14/n] [sled-agent-zone-images] move status types to sled-agent-types, add examples #8332
• [13/n] internal disks always have an internal zpool ID #8329
• [12/n] [sled-agent] don't start install dataset zones on zone manifest error #8237
• earlier commits in the stack
