Ability to block users

I got asked if there is a setting for it and I was actually very surprised there doesn't seem to be one... This is really necessary, especially with lazer growing playerbase.

Needs to block in these areas:

• DMs
• hide public chat lines, no highlight
• spectator (people tend to abuse this on stable).
• multiplayer (people tend to abuse this on stable).

Players from stable are used to use the /ignore command in chat or preferably ignore list in settings.
Technically there was also the option to ignore for only one session, however I cannot really tell how frequently this one was being used. Probably by top players most of the time?

I agree with this list

But in terms of DMs, can you just already have DMs turned off for non-mutuals or do people just ignore?
