[FEAT] Provide visual/auditory clues when zoom max values are reached

Prerequisites: #732 #1488

Clues when max levels are reached:

• we manage to create a trembling effect in the viewport / sound that says no more can be done (my preference) (exists in mxGraph?)
• or the zoom just does not progress anymore (no clue).

We would have to setup a events mechanism to notify the integration that the min/max level has been reached. See #736 (comment)
