How are you running Renovate?

DevOps (39.170.1), local (39.174.0)

Setup:

• Python repository based on Pipenv
• azure-monitor-opentelemetry and opentelemetry-instrumentation-fastapi as dependencies
• Running on DevOps, locally trying to debug

Problem:
According to PyPi, the newest version of opentelemetry-instrumentation-fastapi is 0.51b0.
However, local debugging (LOG_LEVEL=debug npx renovate --platform=local --repository-cache=reset) shows the attached log.

So renovate is somehow not detecting that a newer version is available.

Is anyone else having the same issue or knows how to resolve it?
