Problem

cargo doc for proc macro reexports links to a page that doesnt exist.

Steps

git clone https://github.com/rukai/cargo_doc_bug
cd cargo_doc_bug/reexport
cargo doc --open -p reexport

Then click on bar. The page doesn't exist!
