MNQ still using v1alpha1 and not v1

We should upgrade the usage of mnq to v1 and not using v1alpha1 api version anymore

This basically mean dropping the mnq_namespace and mnq_credential providers as the new ones for nas,sqs and sns already use the new v1beta1 api.
