This saves duplicate storage, and stores all of your images in one place, meaning edits will appear in both places!

Let me know what you guys think, as this is kind of a dealbreaker for me to use the app. Open to feedback!

I like the idea. Not a dealbreaker for me personally, but it would be nice to only store the images on my immich instance and have them linked to AdventureLog.
However, I think it should still be an option to upload them to AdventureLog directly. I can imagine that performance could suffer too much otherwise in some environments.

This would be awesome! I just spin up AdventureLog a few hours ago and came here to see if there's an option to simply point it to an Immich album. :)

Do we have an eta for when this update will come out?

Will be a part of v0.10.0 which will have this and what is currently in the beta branch. Planning for a mid May or earlier release
