Blockly IDE files missing

I haven't had the time to upload the Blockly files yet, as there are so many folders with files, and I have to do each folder separately. I plan to fix this eventually.

Update - June 14th 2020

I have been working on adding in the blockly files lately. So far I have added about 1.5/9 of the blockly versions from my local repository.
I will keep at it, and eventually add in all 9 versions from my local repository.
