Stop idle tracking

Is there any way to stop idle tracking in a particular component and enable it after a certain interval?

Hi joshikeerti, it would be a great contribution to idle-js, the package idle-vue relies on. See the issue here : soixantecircuits/idle-js#2. It appears that we did not need it frequently.
But indeed this is a nice feature and we would be happy to review and merge your pull request.
