Tracking issue for Rust management of "cf-protection" flag

We would ultimately expect that once this support is fully enabled in Rust toolchain that Fedora packaging macros would set it automatically.

In last Fedora run on rawhide we failed this in:

• i686 all executables
• x86_64 all but stratis-min, stratisd-min, stratisd, stratis-predict-usage, identify-stratis-dev, identify-stratis-luks-dev, stratis-base32-decode, stratis-str-cmp. Only stratis-setup-generator and stratis-clevis-setup-generator failed.
• arch_64 none
• ppc64le none
• s390x none
