Update dependency of supabase-js to v2

Hi,

this repo still uses supabase-js v1, would it be possible to use v2 in a future release?

There are breaking changes in supabase-js v2, what would be the best way to make such a change?

@dustin-we We would just have to manage and maintain multiple version tags until a certain point. v2 of this module will continue supporting supabase v1, and v3 should be the one supporting supbase v2
