Update dependencies and bump version code

Nothing new being introduced. Just formatting and dependency updates and of course upping the version from 2.2.1 to 2.2.2

Also added a quick example on the composable functions added on the last PR I did

Either vue-demi or @vue/composition-api have new issues but updating those dependencies introduced an issue if you update the nuxt package too. I'll prepare a PR to address this later today @scottrobertson
